Please let me take this opportunity to apologise to parents who had to wait an unacceptably long time last Tuesday (25 June) to order uniform. Our supplier was simply overwhelmed with demand and was unable to process orders as fast as we would have liked.

On a more positive note, the level of demand is a clear indication of the parental support for the “new” uniform and we are delighted that the school community is looking forward to embracing the school uniform next session.

The ordered items can be collected from school on Monday 19th August from 12pm or pupils can collect at school on Tuesday 20th August.

As a reminder all pupils are expected to be wearing the following uniform from Tuesday 20th August:

Mintlaw Academy blazer (S5/S6, optional for S1-S4)

Mintlaw Academy tie

White shirt

Mintlaw Academy black jumper/cardigan (optional)

Black trousers or skirt

Sensible black shoes (not black trainers)

We are pleased that local supplier Pomprint Designs Ltd can also supply school embroidered knitwear and this can be obtained by visiting them directly at Richard Allen House, Mintlaw Industrial Estate, Station Road Mintlaw. Please note should you wish to order embroidered knitwear in time for 19th August, the cut-off date is 1st August with Pomprint.
